Terms of Service

TypesetOS operates this service from Shah Jamal, Lahore, Punjab 54000, Pakistan. In these terms, “TypesetOS”, “we”, and “us” mean the business operating the service.

TypesetOS accepts a Word .docx thesis draft, applies the institutional formatting preset you select, and provides a page-by-page watermarked preview before a final formatted Word document can be downloaded.

The service is a formatting tool, not academic, legal, or institutional approval. You remain responsible for reviewing the result, retaining your original work, and confirming that your thesis meets your institution’s current submission requirements.

You retain ownership of your document and its contents. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload it and instruct us to process it.

Do not use the service to upload unlawful material or material that infringes another person’s rights. We may restrict use that threatens the security or operation of the service.

Before purchase, TypesetOS provides a full-document visual preview so that you can inspect page layout, margins, fonts, and other visible formatting. Preview images are watermarked. A purchase unlocks download of the final formatted .docx file; TypesetOS does not currently sell or deliver a PDF download.

Where Paddle checkout is made available, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle’s applicable checkout, payment, and privacy terms apply to the payment transaction in addition to these terms.

Our refund rules are part of these terms. Please read the Refund Policy before purchasing.

Nothing in these terms removes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or product operation. We will update the effective date when these terms change.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The courts in Lahore, Punjab have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, subject to any mandatory law that gives you rights elsewhere.
