Refund Policy

TypesetOS provides a free, full-document visual preview before purchase. Use it to inspect margin, font, and layout compliance before deciding whether to unlock the final formatted Word document.

By purchasing and downloading the final unwatermarked formatted .docx file, you expressly request immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the right to withdraw or receive a refund may be lost once delivery and download begin.

Refunds are limited to verified technical errors: a duplicate charge, or a backend failure that prevents the final unwatermarked .docx file from being generated and that TypesetOS cannot resolve within 48 hours after you contact support.

If you purchase a document unlock and never download the final file, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. We may ask for the purchase details needed to assess the request.

Once the final file has been downloaded, dissatisfaction with a formatting choice visible in the free preview, a change in institutional requirements, or a document issue that originates in the uploaded file is not by itself a refundable technical error.

Email [email protected] with the purchase date, the email used for checkout, and a short description of the issue. If Paddle processes the transaction, its payment records and Merchant of Record procedures also apply. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded by law.
